Tom L for Model Number 665.13123k703 Dishwasher parcel filled with water by its self after a power outage. Ran the drain cancel to empty it. The dishwasher responds to the drain cancel button. No panel indication or response to any of the other controls. Checked the thermal fuse and high temp snap switch both ok.
Answer Hello Tom. This could be 2 parts here. It sounds like the control board and the control panel may need to be replaced on the unit. You can try replacing the board and cleaning the ribbon cable of the panel, but if the issue continues, you will need to replace the panel on the unit. Read More...
