Robert for Model Number KENMORE 665.13122K703 Have Kenmore Dishwasher 665.13122K703 and sometimes you can hear it actually washing the dishes and sometimes when you run a cycle the dishwasher will run through the cycle to complete but youwill not hear that it is actually washing the dishes. You will hear a lot of clicking like a relay but the wash cycle itself will not start yet the dishwasher will show the cycle is complete i.e. clean light comes on. Could this be the control board?
Answer Robert,Based on the information provided I would check the wash motor with a multimeter at the time it should be washing to see if it has power.
