Danny for Model Number MDBH969AWS1 When i start washer on any cycle heavy or normal it starts and fills machine with water then washes and drains then continues to run with out refilling water . Could it be control panel ?
Answer Danny, With the unit filling at the start of the cycle but not filling after that would be caused by a faulty control board but also check the float to make sure that it is not stuck in the up position and that the float switch is not bad.
