Steven for Model Number mdb7759aws2 steam clean light will not turn off and the soap dispenser door stopped opening. Nothing is preventing the soap dispenser latch from working. I have cut electricity to the dishwasher for 15 minutes and then turned it back on and the steam clean light still always comes on when selecting a wash cycle and will not turn off. otherwise, everything seems to be working.
Answer Steven, This issue would most likely be with the control board for the steam light being on and you will want to check to see if there is power to the dispenser in order to activate it.
