Chad P. for Model Number KitchenAid KUDL03IVBL4 My Kitchenaid dishwasher KUDL03IVBL4 will run through a wash cycle, whether on normal or heavy duty, and then reach a drain cycle, drain all water out, but then continue to run the drain pump and not move on to the next step in the cycle. It would sit there for hours if I did not CANCEL the process. All water is drained out. The A&E repair technician told me it would be the control board malfunctioning. Does this sound correct? Answer Chad, You'll need to replace the control board assembly WPW10285180. Since you didn't mention any erratic lights on the display/control panel, we'd presume the issue is most likely in the control"chip" and will require the control to be repalced. Read More...
