Hi. Remove the lower panel and find the tech sheet behind it or in with the control board. Remove the inner door panel to retrieve it and put the unit into a diagnostic mode. It will bring up a code that allows you to diagnose the total circuit. Use a volt/ohm meter part # MA-DM1 to assist you in your diagnostics. Look down at the float stem to see if it has fallen off the float switch part # WP8268909. Sometimes the Standpipe (side cover) part # WPW10175383 will come loose and the float lever part # WP8268892 slides off to one side not allowing the water fill. Thank You.
