Hello Chris, The first thing you should do is open the door liner to access the control, unplug the ribbon cable, and rub the end of the cable with a pencil eraser only toward the end of the cable to prevent damage to it. This is the best way to clean it. Reinsert it and re-try the unit. If the same issue exists, replace the control board (AP4588346).
