Ronald H. for Model Number kuds245ewh1 I ordered a control panel insert (ap2920946) around Christmas. I removed the defective one, cleaned and dried the panel and installed the new insert. About 1 week ago, the insert, left side only, seperated and drooped and could not be reinstalled. Why would a new insert adhesive fail so quickly and is there any warranty on the one I purchased? I tried using a spray adhesive but could not prevent air pockets under the insert.
