Tonie for Model Number GSC25C4EYY03 The diffuser door is stuck opened causing my refrigerator to freeze because too much cool is passing through. Please help. What should I do?
Answer Tonie, if the door is actually stuck then by all means replace it. First I would be finding the tech sheet and taking some measurements. I would check the readings of the motor for that diffuser as well as the sensor readings. Values for both will be on that tech sheet. If those tests okay it could also be a control board issue.
