Coach for Model Number mde5500ayq My dyer has had the pulley roller replaced the rollers and our squeeking noise is gone. However, Now when the machine is loaded with heavy towels the drum does not roll. It only rolls if the load is light. Do you have any suggestion?
Answer Coach, if the dryer didn't have this problem before you replaced the idler pulley you'll want to make sure that the belt was installed properly and has enough tension.
