Diana for Model Number MDE9700AYM I just had the drum replaced not to long a go but the felt is coming off. Its been about three months I think.
Answer Hello Diana. You will need to check the rollers WPW10177428 and the edges where the drum rides. If they are bad, it will cause the felt to come off.
