Juan for Model Number MDE9700AYW My drum cracked and is now splitting. It will need to be replaced soon. I'm wondering if there are any additional parts I'll need other than the drum? When my dryer is running through a cycle it thumps every rotation (with or without clothes). I don't know if this is because of the drum crack only, or if I'll need to replace additional parts. Answer Hello Juan, I would replace the drum rollers WPW10177428 as the broken drum W10296563 has probably damaged them. The drum rides directly on the rollers.
