Karl for Model Number KUDR25SHBL1 After selected cycle and option won't start. Push again it goes to drain cycle. I found bad overfill switch and replaced. After few days same problem. After selecting every cycle, suddenly soak /scrub turn the system on. Do you think bad ribbon cable or K3 relay on the control board intermittent? Thank you
Answer Hi Karl. Have you removed the toe kick panel and accessed the tech. sheet? You then will be able to follow it and put it in a field service test.
