Jerry for Model Number DU943PWKQ0 In the normal wash cycle, the rinse cycle doesn't shut off and drain, it runs in excess of 15 minutes and then I hit the cancel button to end the cycle and drain the washer; however in the light wash cycle it operates properly. Is the problem in the control board? Does the normal wash cycle use a different rinse time than the light wash cycle? In the normal wash cycle, how long should the rinse cycle be?
