John for Model Number kuds25shbl1 the child lock light continuously blinks and no functions work. tried resetting circuit breaker but did not help. touch pad appears to be in good condition. no cracking and all buttons seem to press and release. would this be a bad electronic control assembly or a bad touch pad? I unplugged and re connected the ribbon cables but no help.
