It did start one time after unpluging it for 30 minutes? For no reason, you might go through the steps and get lucky and it will start, but not very often. Answer Gary, You will want to check to make sure that the ribbon harness from the keypad to the control board has a good firm connection. Make sure that there is no corrosion on the ribbon harness.
