Mike for Model Number kesc307h850 When selecting temps over 350 the oven never seems to get over 250. The upper element is glowing red only on the outer not on in the inner element.
Answer Hello Mike. You will need to test the hidden bake element WP9752294 and see if it is bad in the unit. It should read closed for continuity. You will need to pull the unit out and remove the back access panel to test the element. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
