Jill for Model Number kerc607hs1 Thanks for the answer to my previous question. Since then we ordered both the broiler element and hidden bake element. The new broiler element works perfectly now. Unfortunately the hidden bake element does not. The old bake element was definitely bad when we tested it and had visible damage. Any idea of what else we can try to get the new hidden bake element to work? Thanks.
Answer Hello Jill! Check to make sure that the bake element is getting 220/240v. If its not you will need to check to make sure all the wiring from the electronic board to the bake element is ok. If the wiring is ok the electronic control may need to be replaced, part number 3191106. Hope this information helps you, thanks! Read More...
