Jenny for Model Number KitchenAid KGCK366VS00 When I install the Surface burner Igniter (KitchenAid KGCK366VS00), do I need to remove the burner base? If so, how do I do it? I unscrewed the two screws on the base, but the base still does not come off.
Answer Hello Jenny. You will need to remove the burner WPW10406243. Once the two screws are removed from the burner, it should lift off the unit.
