Hello George, If you access the control board and unplug the orange wire, situate the wire so it can be tested without it contacting anything else, power the unit up and turn on the upper bake, there should be 120Vac on both the terminal you unplugged the wire from and on the wire. If nothing on the terminal, the relay has failed and the clock will have to be replaced. If the voltage is not on the wire, the issue will be the upper bake element.
