Ray J for Model Number AER5515QAW Oven bake element went out during the auto clean cycle, now the broiler will not work. What do I need to do to correct this?
Answer Hello Ray. Make sure the thermal limiter 74008715 is good. If it is good, you will need to test the broil element and make sure it is good. If it test good, you will have to replace the control board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
