Adam for Model Number PLEB30S9DCA There was a power surge a few days ago and I lost a few items and one was the oven. I do have power going in at the 220 line. Is there a power unit on the oven that might have failed or did the control unit get hurt? Thank you
Answer Hello Adam, You should check for 120Vac testing with a voltmeter from terminal P5-5 to terminal P5-8. If this isn't present, the safety thermostat 318004900 could be open. This safety thermostat has a reset button on it that has to be pressed and wiggled a bit to reset. The power has to be off to do this since 120Vac rides on one side even if it is open.
