Hello Adam, You should check for 120Vac testing with a voltmeter from terminal P5-5 to terminal P5-8. If this isn't present, the safety thermostat 318004900 could be open. This safety thermostat has a reset button on it that has to be pressed and wiggled a bit to reset. The power has to be off to do this since 120Vac rides on one side even if it is open. If it is closed, 120Vac is on both sides. If the voltage is there, the electronic oven control 316418720 has failed.
