Charles I recently replaced my bottom element. Prior to replacing that element the broiler was working fine. Since changing the bottom element neither the top nor bottom elements are working. I double check the connections and it appears to be correct. What do I need to do to in order to get my working properly?
Answer Hello Charles. You need to check and make sure there is 240 volts coming to the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
