Judith for Model Number obco35809468 We have a Magic Chef kitchen range. The bottom elements heats fine. But the top element does not heat at all. What can we do?
Answer Hello Judith. Test the element and see if it is open for continuity. If so, replace the element. If it is closed, replace the control on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
