Dave, This issue would be caused by a membrane switch that is faulty. The part number for the membrane switch is WP74005743 which unfortunately has been discontinued by the manufacturer with no suitable replacement available.

Hello Farley. Test and see if there is power coming to the control board. If so, and the board does not work, you will need to order and replace the board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Hello Ronald, The primary difference will be in the wattage and the length of the element past the mounting brackets toward the rear protective cover of the oven. If the wattage is not correct you will never be able to get a recipe to come out right. The element are WP74003019 2800 watts and WP74010750 is 2585 watts. You are welcome to order the one you want but we cannot guarantee one to work properly without the model number of the unit needing the element.
