Hello Tommi. For the broil element WPW10310249, you will disconnect the power to the unit, and remove the screws securing the bracket and the element in the back wall. This is easier if you remove the oven racks. Then you will remove the element from the unit and remove the wires going to the element. Reinstall in reverse order with the new element. The bake element WP74010750 is installed the same way, but does not use a bracket to secure it. Hope this helps.
