Lance for Model Number CWE5800ACE Based on my replacement element I would assume that after I remove the two screws I should be able to life the enclosed wiring behind the plate to release the current element. It did not work.
Answer Hello Lance, sometimes the wires attached to the element terminals are very short and do not allow access to them from inside the oven, in that case, the oven has to be unmounted and the back panel removed to access the wiring.
