Gary for Model Number CWE5800ACB MY upper oven will not bake or broil. The elements look good. The temp sensor reads 1096 ohms. The elements read continuity. The lower oven works good. I am reading 120VAC at the yellow wire to the element. I have 240 volts at the red and black wires at the terminal board.I can hear and feel the center relay cycling every 30 secs and I get 120 VAC at the yellow wire on the element for about 30 seconds. The elements never warm. Any ideas.
