Mike for Model Number WTW4800XQ4 I have a Whirlpool top-load washer model#WTW4800XQ4. Tub does not fully drain. There is always water at the bottom of the tub. The pump is good and all hoses are clear. The machine is spinning out but it sounds like the pump isn't staying on long enough and at time's it will sit there with the panel indicating spin and nothing happening. Thank you.
Answer Hello Mike. Check and see if the drain pump has a partial blockage in the unit. If not, then you will need to order and replace the drain pump on the unit.
