Gary, If the units crush and cube button lights switch from crushed to cubed but you are only getting crushed ice then check the solenoid next to the auger motor. The most likely cause is this solenoid is either bad or stuck in the up position. Also check the ice door to make sure that moisture is not getting up into the chute which could also cause this issue. If all this checks ok then the facade will be the issue.
