Answer Joyce, Since the dishwasher wont wash, and it won't drain, the issue may be elsewhere in the machine. The washer pump/motor 6-919922 and drain pump WP6-917641 are separate components and we wouldn't expect both to fail at the same time, even if they were clogged. You may want to check the electrical connections in the junction box in the front behind the lower access panel, then conduct the manual and automatic test modes listed in the tech data sheet in the envlope taped to the back of the kick plate.
