Tony for Model Number DU1055XTVS1 The dishwasher fills then as soon as the washer action starts everything stops and all indicator panel lights go out. If I hold the float switch up for a few seconds after the action starts and let go the washer continues running until it fills again then the same thing happens unless I hold the float up for a few seconds. I tested the float switch and my meter shows it to be good. Could it be that there's not enough water getting into the dishwasher? There seems to be enough water to initially make the switch but when the action starts I can feel the float bounce down loosing the switch connection. Is there a way I can see this? Thanks
Answer Tony, You will want to check the float itself to make sure that it is not holding water in it. If it is then it can cause this issue to occur. The other thing would be an issue of an intermittent float switch that could cause this issue. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, April 13, 2015
