Hello Greg, This will be a split sprayarm, a clogged sprayarm, or and oversoap situation. It's easy to look to see if the sprayarm is clogged or separated at the seam. To check for the possibility of an oversoap situation, start the unit and let it circulate the water for at least two minutes. Open the door and note the suds on top of the water. If suds are present, the last load was rinsed in soapy water and you found your problem.
