Hello Teresa. Remove the drain hose from the unit and blow through the drain hose to see if it is clear. Do not remove it from the sink when doing this. If so, you will test for power going to the drain pump. If there is power there and the pump does not run, then it is a pump issue. If there is no power there, you will need to replace the control on the unit.
