Teresa for Model Number DU1055X TPS4 The dishwasher START / RESUME button keeps flashing and the tub will not drain. I have run the diagnostics and sporadically it will run a load but never seems to drain. Some dishes are clean, some are not. We are so frustrated b/c we have placed multiple parts: the heater element the water pump / motor assembly and are close to $200 in on repairs and it is still not wokring properly.
Answer Hello Teresa. Remove the drain hose from the unit and blow through the drain hose to see if it is clear. Do not remove it from the sink when doing this. If so, you will test for power going to the drain pump. If there is power there and the pump does not run, then it is a pump issue.
