Answer

John, Check and make sure the dishwasher is level in both directions(front to back, and side to side). Remove the lower spray arm WP8268874 and check the openings and the arm seams for obstructions and cracked seams along the edge of the arm. A split seam or obstruction can cause water to spray at the bottom of the tub and under the door. Also check the bearings WP719576 and WP3376846 for excess wear or tear, there should be a little "wobble" in the spray arm, but not like what you're describing.
