Bob for Model Number GSC308PJQ05 I replaced the trim pieces and glass going from white to black. I turned off the circuit breaker prior to any work. After putting everything back together, the microwave light is off and the "DOOR" message comes up on the control panel when turning the microwave on. The convection oven works fine with no issues. I did not disconnect any of the connections on the circuit board, I only unscrewed it from the top panel and rescrewed it. The only other thing i noticed is a 9 pin square white connection that is not connected that runs from the control panel to the back of the unit and appears to have never been connected. After reading numerous blogs, it appears to be in order of repair options: 1 - main fuse on top right 2 - inline fuse above microwave 3 - door switch(s). However, I have yet to read of any of these options working. HELP!
Answer Bob, The most likely cause for this issue will be faulty door switches on the unit. You can test them for continuity to see if they have continuity. The monitor switch would have no continuity in with the button out. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, August 21, 2017
