Ray for Model Number kemc307kbl0 A message came up when pushing the start button on microwave saying DOOR. I then turned of circuit breaker and turned back on and a message PF .d=30. Talked to customer service said it might be a fuse but need directions to check out fuse. Only 2 months ago change out control panel so I don't believe it is that.
Answer Hello Ray. It is not the fuse. PF is for power failure and that is normal after being unplugged. I would suggest you test the door switches and replace the one that is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
