Answer Hello Bruce. Yes, you will need to loosen the screws, but do not remove them. Then remove the old gasket from the unit. Soak the new gasket in the bath tub with hot water for about 15 to 20 minutes to help you install it. Install the new gasket starting with the corners and tighten the screws.
