Birdie for Model Number KSRG25FKSS03 Want to know if my model uses this replacement part. Can't figure out how to take the old guide out. Any suggestions? It drops down when dispensing ice, but when I try to remove to replace it won't come all the way out.
Answer Birdie, Yes, your dispenser does use the WP2180224 ice guide. The Guide is a "snap" fit and mounts to the Ice dispenser lever/paddle WP2180259.
