Answer Charles, The broken hinge is definitely a problem, once you have it replaced, you may have to check and replace the lid latch assembly WPW10619844 if the problem persists. At this point the control board thinks you've unlocked the lid and are adding articles to the tub. You'll probabbly be fine, with the new hinge. Good Luck and Thanks Read More...
