Derek for Model Number mer5765raw I cannot reinstall my oven door. I cannot get the latch to catch. It keeps springing back not allowing to reattach the door. If a video could be sent or a link to the video that would be great.
Answer Hello Derek, Make sure the locks are pointing toward the door with the hinges in the fully opened position. Put the door hinges back into the slots and work up and down until they feel like they have caught on the recievers. Put the door in the fully opened position. The door should set there on the hinges like the door is just open. Flip the hinge locks toward the unit body and close the door.
