Dan, your check valve is inside the drain pump assembly WP8268375 You'll need to remove the pump accumulator/cover to access it. Before that, if you havent yet, disconnect the drain hose from the disposal or drain plumbing under the sink, start the dishwasher and let it wash a couple of minutes, then cancel and drain the water into a large bucket or pale. This will usually clear any debris or garbage that may have accumulated in the sump and drain hose. Thanks and Good Luck
