Roger K for Model Number 106.56726603 The ice cube maker works, but the auger doesn't and so we get cubes by hand. Is it a bad motor or something more? If it is a motor replacement only, I assume part number is 2188242. Can you confirm? Thanks, Roger
Answer Hello Roger. You will need to test and see if your getting power to the auger motor. Tape the light switch closed and press the lever and see if there is power at the motor. If so, you will need to replace the motor WP2188242. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
