Bob T for Model Number Wrs571cidm01 Hi, my ice maker won't turn over and dump the cubes. The fill tube functions and pores water on top of the already frozen cubes, which causes water to drain through the dispenser and onto the floor. First thing i tried was checking water pressure. We have good, solid pressure. Then i replaced the ice maker/water dispenser valve just in case the original had failed. Still has the same symptom. I've got the freezer temp set at 3 degrees F and place a digital thermometer in the freezer to check it. I'm wondering if perhaps the ice tray motor is bad and if i should replace the assembly? Also, what is the function of the small rubber tube under the cube tray that comes out of the motor housing?
