Steve for Model Number KitchenAid KRSC503ESS00 Ice Maker part: W10873791 My icemaker is not producing ice. The ice maker seems to be operating through it's harvest cycle. Using the service sheet instructions I tried to cycle it through the Sanyo and LPIM icemaker water fill test (Step 44 & 45). The instructions say that after a harvest cycle when the tray moves to the home position I should be able to start and pause ice maker fill. However it says that the fill/pause button on the diagnostic front display won't work until the ice maker is in the home position. While it's moving to home position the front display reads 01 but never changes. I physically checked the icemaker and it looks like its in the home position. I checked continuity on fill solenoid and it read 200 ohms like the drinking water solenoid. The drinking water solenoid operates normally so I know water pressure is good. Do I replace the icemaker of is there something else I can check to be sure I've got the right approach before I order the part? Thanks in advance. I mistakenly asked the question in the wrong part section so I've resubmitted the question here.
