Ben for Model Number WRS571CIDM01 I have a Whirlpool fridge, model number WRS571CIDM01, not making ice. I replaced the ice maker, part # w10873791. But it still doesn't work. I suspect that no water is coming into the ice tray. But the filtered water outlet works. Any suggestions?
Answer Hello Ben, this model being a SXS ref , check the wiring harness under the bottom of the freezer door for any problems first. Next, your model came with a Technical test sheet located under the ref cabinet behind the front grill, you can use it to test cycle the ice maker and also activate the ice maker water valve.
