Mark for Model Number KRSC503ESS00 I have owned this KitchenAid model for 5 years now and recently the tray for the ice maker has been getting knocked off the motor that turns the tray for dumping the ice into the bin. When this happens it causes water to leak out of the chute for the ice to dump when you press the ice pad on the door. I have been able to disassemble the unit and reinstall the tray, which stays put for a few days and then for some reason gets knocked out of place again. I am looking to replace the whole ice maker assembly in hopes this solves the issue.
