Brian for Model Number MSS25C4MGZ03 Hello. My icemaker isn't getting water to it. I disconnected the black water line from the water valve at the back of the fridge and I couldn't blow through it. Because the water line runs through the freezer door I'm thinking it's froze up inside the door. Am I blowing through the right line for the icemaker? Thanks.
Answer Brian, Get the icemaker to cycle and test to make sure that there is 120 vac to the water valve. If the water valve is getting voltage to it then yes it is possible for the water line to be frozen but would be more likely an issue with the water valve. Read More...
