Sara for Model Number WRS321SD**0** Just bought this refrigerator and the ice maker worked for a few hours and then it stopped making ice. The plastic piece is up and I have tried to force it down per the picture on the front but I'm afraid I will break it . There is ice in the top part that has not fallen down.
