Martin I have installed W10884390 icemaker as replacement for W10377152 in a lower freezer that has a drawer pull out. The unit installed well but is producing a little too much ice. Also, is there an adjustment on the ice sensor arm other than bending it a bit? When you try to move the arm up to turn off the icemaker it comes in contact with the top of the freezer and is difficult to turn off.
Answer Martin, if the model number could be provided in a new inquiry, this will allow for the most accurate information possible. However, if the icemaker did not seat down fully onto the screws that mount it to the side wall, it can raise the icemaker enough to where the spacing is not properly allowing the arm to operate as needed.
